Daily Sparkles Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Daily Sparkles! We are committed to getting your jewelry to you safely and securely. Please read below for details on our shipping policy.

Shipping Methods:

  • We ship all orders within Canada using Canada Post.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Daily Sparkles currently only ships within Canada.
  • Orders are shipped every Wednesday.
  • Orders placed by 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Tuesday will ship that same week.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST on Tuesday will ship the following Wednesday.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and chosen shipping method.

Delivery Times:

Undeliverable Packages:

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the order will be cancelled.
  • A restocking fee of 15% of the order total and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking Your Order:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please Note:

  • Daily Sparkles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by Canada Post.
  • We recommend you double-check your shipping address during checkout to avoid any delays or undeliverable packages.
