  • It has not been worn or used, and all tags are still attached

Damages and Issues

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Please be aware that personalized or customized items cannot be returned or refunded. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of piercing products such as earrings. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way to do so is by returning the original item and placing a separate order for the new item. This will ensure a smooth exchange process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within ten business days. Please keep in mind that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
